Capillaries: These are usually superficial varicose veins. To cause them to burst would require pressure . It is more likely they are prominent possibly due to elevated blood pressure. See your podiatrist for an evaluation and he/she will work with your family doc

Have a redness/rash on my ankle. Prescribed ointment, has made it a little better and some days it almost vanishes.....follow up with my doc is 2 weeks from now (have used ointment for almost a month) due to his busy sched. ?
