Sutures: That depends on several factors like where the sutures are. Any place with really good blood supply like the face or scalp should heal more quickly than other areas of the body.

Variable: Sutures removal is determined by a # of factors such as where the wound is, if the person has problems with delayed healing, if is impacted by a joint, how deep it is, etc. In general , facial sutures may be removed after 4 to 5 day. Extremities – usually around 15 days. Other sites – around 10 days.
