I was wondering what are some diseases that would cause one to cough blood?

Hemoptysis: Disease include tb, tumor of the tracheobronchial system, folks on anticoagulants with severe coughing spell. Source of blood can also be from nose or mouth. Patient usually starts the work up by seeing an ENT doctor. If negative finding, bronchoscopy by pulmonologist is the next step for persistent or recurrent hemoptysis.
