Default answer: Children are brought in frequently for pains in the legs that come and go. There are usually no other symptoms, such as fever, swelling, redness, warmth, etc. The examinations usually don't show anything wrong either. So we are just left with the diagnosis of leg pains, which parents often call "growing pains." they could just be the pains all of us have from our daily activities.
