Need doctor's help! what do i do about a really badly bruised toenail?

Bruise: If painful , the blood needs to be drained by your podiatrist. See your podiatrist for assistance

Bruised toe nail: If there is blood under the nail, it should be drained otherwise just conservative measures such as soaking the toe in epsom salts and warm water will help followed by a band aid and neosporin.
