Improved skin look: Fraxel is a laser that seeks water in the skin and removes the surface layers of the skin. This stimulates circulation and resurfacing of the area, resulting in smoother texture and healthy looking skin. These have replaced the more aggressive co2 lasers which ablated deeply and had long recuperation periods. Often done in a series to maximize the results, then maintained every 6-12 months.
