Several: There are several lasers which can help area of scars on the face. Some stimulate remodeling of the scar tissue, some take redness out, some resurface by removal of the surface and permitting the body to regrow skin over the site to blend the scar edges. I would seek a dermatologist to have a recommendation as to which type may be of use in your specific case.
