I was wondering what are some of the reasons that part of the heart wall does not get enough flow?

Flow: Inadequate blood vessels to the area can be from there being a paucity of blood vessels going in or from there being too much muscle to be supplied by the normal distribution of the vessels. There can also be inflitration of the wall by abnormal substances interfering with diffusion of nutirent.
