Get it checked: If not already done you should get checked by your doctor to find the cause of your headaches for a month it can be caused from following causes 1sinus headache due to acute or chronic sinusitis 2cluster headaches 3migrain headaches 4tension headaches 5intracranial lesions but heaaches can be generalized and not frontal necessarily so get it checked and get appropriate treatment.

Tension: Continual frontal headaches often are due to scalp muscle contraction from tension. The palpitations and even the fatigue can be due to chronic stress and tension. Frontal sinusitis is a less likely cause.If the headaches persist and / or worsen a brain ct scan should be done.

Depends: I would go to a doctor to have an evaluation with lab work and an exam. It could be serious or not. ?Anemia, dehydration, thyroid, sinus infection, stress, brain lesion..
