Take Plan B: I am sure you know this, but any sperm inside of the vagina during ovulation can cause pregnancy. If this episode happened within the last 72 hours then please take emergency contraception.

Yes: Despite the fact that semen spilled onto or into your vagina no form of contraception works 100% (except no intercourse). Spilling semen decreases the the anti-contraceptive effects and negates the protection from becoming infected with HIV or hepatitis c or other diseases.
