Yes and no: Activia is touted as 'good' for you because of the live bacterial cultures. We need beneficial bacteria in our GI tract to help process vitamins, digest food, absorb nutrients, and fight infection. Activitia, however, is dairy which is a common food allergen/sensitivity, & many products have a lot of sugar in the them. Cottage cheese would be ok, but yogurts have excessive sugar. Take probiotic.
