Time frame?: Icing, elevation and use of your fingers will all help with the pain. Pain medications are effective but avoid anti-inflammatories as can adversely effect bone healing in the early phases of repair. Hematoma local anesthetic block can help prior to reduction of fracture. Call your treating physician.
