All pills are good: Pills to protect against pregnancy--if taken correctly. It is best to take around the same time of day, every day. You also have the option to do continuous birth control and get no periods at all! just skip the placebo pills, and go right to the next pill pack active pills. If you are a smoker, or have factor v leiden (a clotting disorder), i would recommend a non-hormonal birth control.
