Positive Preg. Test: If you are using the patch as prescribed, it is more likely that you are not pregnant with a negative pregnancy test than pregnant. You would have tender breasts and maybe nausea. Use condoms if you are nervous about having an unwanted pregnancy.

None: A negative pregnancy test, particularly a negative blood test means you are not pregnant. Have one of these tests done if there are doubts about the urine test results.
