It may seem: Counterintuitive, but try to start exercising. It is a natural anti-depressant. It may also help you sleep better at night so that you will be more awake during the day. Some medications may make you more sluggish, so speak with your psychiatrist about this as well.

Medication issue: You may have a "vegetative" depression, which involves lethargy. In addition, the meds you're on are morphine and alprazolam, both of which are sedating. I suggest visiting a psychiatrist and perhaps getting an rx for something like wellbutrin, (bupropion) an anti-depressant with a more activating effect. In addition, i recommend talking to a therapist to determine other possible causes.
