MINIMALLY INVASIVE: The data is overwhelmingly in favor of minimally invasive surgery. Shorter hospital stay, less bleeding, less pain, faster recovery......If you are a candidate for a minimally invasive procedure, i believe this is a better option than a traditional approach.Find a gyn surgeon who feels comfortable performing advanced laparoscopic procedures and discuss the weight issue.A "little overweight" is ok.
