RoC?: Roc - do you mean the skin cream? Can't imagine you could absorb enough of anything through intact skin to cause chest pain - must be unrelated. If you're having chest pain, i suggest you have an evaluation for that potentially serious problem.

Anxiety: This could represent both anxiety and a side effect. See the physician who prescribed the birth control to resolve the issue.
