Need more info....: To even narrow down diagnoses, we'd need a lot more information. How long has it been going on? Fever? Define "diarrhea"--watery? Loose? How many times per day? Bloody? Color? Describe the pain. On right side or left side? Middle? Constant? Every now and then? Sharp? With bowel movements? Stabbing? Aching? Hurts to push with hand? Any problems urinating? With a bit more info, we can help!

Diarrhoea: Diarrhoea is a common medical complaint. In the majority of cases, it is not a sign of serious illness and will resolve by itself. - Treat cramps with simple pain relief like paracetamol - Keep hydrated by drinking water +/- rehydration sachets (available from chemist) - Avoid caffeine - See a Dr if you have severe pain, high fevers, notice blood in stool or it lasts >3 days
