Peyronie's : What you were describing is peyronie's disease. This is a scarring process on the shaft of the penis (erectile chambers ) and causes angulation of the erect penis. It can affect the quality of erectionsand therefore affect your ability to have intercourse. You should see a urologist for treatment options.

Hard to Tell: There could be several problems. One, the curvature may be due to scarring and depending on the amount of curve, would depend on possible problems. If the curve is due to scarring, it may also affect erections. Or the problem with your erections could be unrelated to the curve and due to other physical or psychological issues. You need to be examined to help determine the cause and treatment.
