Worry won't help: 7mm and 7cm are hugely different--which is it? These bumps can be normal anatomy, cysts, abscess or tumors. If you are concerned, seek an biopsy from your physician to alleviate or confirm your suspicions and provide a diagnosis. With a positive history, you are right to be concerned, but not complacent. Worry will not change any outcome!
