Probably not: You would have to take them more than this time to develop resistance . The problem is overallisuse of antibiotics causing the organis to develop resistance not your body.

Should't be problem: A two-week regimen of simple antibiotics in a person who does not routinely take such agents should not cause resistance to microorganisms. Even if you needed to be returned to the same regimen down the road it should not pose a problem as long as it does not become a habit.
