Specifics: Yes, if you cannot tolerate the pain or other symptoms. No, if you are not in terrible pain. It is always better here to have specific questions or symptoms to that we can give valid answers. Open ended and vague questions here lead to limited assistance. But having hemorrhoids, in and of themselves, does not mean a medical visit is necessary.
