162 mg: Probably any dose >75 mg would work but what is done practically is to chew 2 baby aspirin. (chewing helps the medicine dissolve and enter the blood more quickly). Of course, the more important thing to do is to call 911 so don't waste precious time looking around the house for baby aspirin! every minute counts in the early stages of a heart attack.
