Yes: Pseudoephedrine can make the symptoms of Methadone withdrawal worse. A person can experience signs of autonomic hyperactivity from opiate withdrawal such as irritability, restlessness, insomnia ; dilated pupils. This can worsen w/ pseudoephedrine.
