If no Fx: No fx ; minimal pain, it seems as though it would b ok, ; assuming u have been evaluated by an ortho or podiatrist. If very painful use aids, as cane or crutches. If in doubt ask ur treating physician.

May be painful: Try to limit your ambulation and give the foot a chance to heal.

Yes: Yes this is perfectly fine. For my patients with a sprained foot, i prescribe a rigid postop shoe which serves to immobilize the foot and can make walking more comfortable.
