Roaccutane/accutane has killed my libido, what can i do to overcome this besides stop taking it?

Depends: It really depends on the condition being treated, and your personal wishes, of course. If your loss of libido is due to the Accutane then stopping the medicine will help. However, if you are treating severe, scarring acne then it may be something you would want to continue until finished with the course of treatment. I would discuss this with your dermatologist at your next visit.
