Consult your PCP to: Be evaluated to see whether its from the spine or is it something like a pilonidal cyst. For a back issue you may have to see an orthopod/spinal surgeon, while for the p. Cyst a referral to a gen surgeon would be more appropriate. So seeing the pcp would be beneficial to start investigations/referrals. Meanwhile take some pain meds. Good luck.
