Sensitivity to colors and light, what can cause my eyes to become this way?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ideas: Here are some ideas. You may have dry eyes causing eye surface irritation which can increase light sensitivity. Cataracts at your age are infrequent but are associated with light sensitivity & alterations in color perception. Migrainous events can also cause these symptoms. Some medications can cause increase sensitivity. To address your symptoms, an eye exam would be advisable.
