Self limiting: Local care with anti-itch creams and steroids for the inflammation can help with the symptoms, but essentially, time will heal this conditions. The stranger needs to treat their dog for the fleas. Best wishes.

Hi,A few weeks ago I noticed 2 red round dry spots on my abdomen slightly raised, over the last week they've spread to my back, arms and legs.
