hi, i started with a flu bug on the 26th dec 2 days ago i got bad pains shooting down my left side of my neck and tonight almost being numb? wat is it

Unsure: Need more info. Some viral illnesses can lead to neurologic conditions where numbness can occur. Other infections can do the same. If you are numb, need to have this checked out.
