Probably nothing: One cycle being eight days off doesn't mean much. If you are concerned about the possibility of pregnancy for example, go see your dr. And get checked.

Menstrual Cycle vary: Menstrual cycle, even normally varies in length, particularly from age 18 to 25. It may vary from 17 days to 35 days. If your cycle is of 20 days and your periods are 8 days late, one of the following things, may happen: 1. This period is late, but still normal. 2. You may or may not be pregnant b/c some bleeding during first trimester is not very uncommon. 3. Cycles are getting irregular. Thx.
