I have lower back pain on both sides and once in a while (every hour or so) i am getting mild shooting pains in my left upper arm. this just started ?

And : What is your question? Causes of shooting pain in arm not related to lower back. There are conditions that cause both but they cause issues in multiple areas: eg., arthritis, and some not so simple reasons.., i would go to your doctor to discuss why this is happening and give them a chance to investigate.
