Go to the ER.: If he has been vomiting all week and has a low grade fever, he is likely dehydrated. This, plus whatever infection he is fighting off, is driving up his blood sugar. He needs to be seen today for treatment; he will likely need IV fluids and may need Insulin or other medication treatment to bring his sugar down. Please don't delay getting him help.

Contact doctor: I would page your doctor. If he is not on Insulin then he may need some urgent intervention.

ER NOW: Clearly not thriving not keeping anything down , dangerously high sugar. Could be because of a serious problem. Could lead to serious problems. Don't wait, go now.
