Depends: Pain in the chest from pneumonia is usually not a life threatening symptom. Shortness of breath, on the other hand, is. Pain may represent the inflammation of the lining of the chest wall, called pleurisy. It usually gets better as your pneumonia improves. Based on your description it's hard to tell whether you can wait until tomorrow or not, though.
