No: Swollen eyelids is usually not a symptom of kidney disease. Unless you have severe edema involving your face and eyelids, then they may be swollen.

Kidney disease: Other signs and symptoms would be blood pressure issues, swollen legs, electrolyte abnormalities which could lead to irregular heart beats. General fatigue is also quite common. Hope that helps. Good luck. Feel better!
