Sort this out 1st: While this is not an unusual feeling, most can face it & accept the necessity. For you to have a phobic response to the idea, you could benefit from finding an unrelated counselor/life coach/therapist to find out why.If you can begin to understand what may have triggered this fear it may fade or you can learn some coping skills & handle it better.
