Not nerve damage: "pollution" is an unfortunate term. Men can have "wet dreams" from time to time. This means you have an erotically arousing dream, and you orgasm in your sleep. It's very frequent in younger males especially -- and is natural. If it's truly urine coming out after young childhood is over, though, this is bed-wetting and can be treated.

Wet dreams R normal: Quite normal for healthy young male to have so called "wet dreams" if he isn't sexually active or doesn't masturbate. Wet dream consists of semen containing sperm & is a natural release from your ejaculatory ducts to make room for new fresh semen.
