Referring pain: Most of the time the testis is site of the pain, but source of the pain is from somewhere else (inguinal area, kidney, abdomen). It is a posibility that pain is caused in the testicle it self due to an inflammation. If the pain is persisting for a few days, schedule an appointment to see your pcp.
