Still have 1 ovary?: If you still have one ovary and uterus intact, your period should be as usual for you, and yes you should still be ovulating unless postmenopausal. One ovary is enough to make all the hormones you need to have a regular period, but the number of ova (eggs) is reduced to half. If you have more concern, consult your doc..Or post more questions on healthtap... Good luck.
