Very likely.: Having blood pressure drop when you stand up is a common side effect of all blood pressure lowering medications. People usually describe that as being lightheaded. If that's the case, lowering the dose should help. They will still have to check you blood pressure to be sure it isn't too high on the lowered dose though.
