Maybe infection: It may be a developing infection as mouth bacteria are more disease producing than the vagina. I encourage every oral sex giver to swig with listerine prior to an encounter. Have a gyn md evaluate bump if it persists.

A couple of ideas: Bumps on the labia could be a condyloma, a sebaceous cyst, a Bartholin's gland cyst. Itching usually implies a yeast infection, but yeast infection doesn't have a growth associated with it. Best is to have a doctor lay eyes on it to give you the most accurate diagnosis possible.
