Maybe: This represents an increased sensitivity to the growth effect of the hormones of puberty. I refer these to gynecologists with experience in the issue. The "elephant ear" look of an outie can be reduced with a cosmetic removal of some of the labial skin.I would contact a few offices and see if they or a plastic surgeon would help you. It is something that can be revised. Good luck.

Surgery: Surgery can reduce the size of the labia, but i would not recommend it for clitoral reduction. A gyn md can advise you best. Men often equate the size of their genitals to "prowess", but it is untrue and usually not a concern for females. Your self esteem issues may require a therapist to discuss, before you delve into surgery.

Yes: First off, many women have body dysmorphic disorder when it comes to their female anatomy. Many women think that they have unusual or large vulva, clitoris or vagina. Typically, they don't. A gynecologist can perform an exam and give you an expert opinion. Having said that, there are women who suffer from hypertrophy and that can be surgically corrected. Again, that would be a medical reason.
