Difficult: Tx based on size of the stone and location. If it is >8 mm, he has an85% chance that he will not pass it with medical therapy only. So need size and location first. Might be able to do shock wave lithotripsy if no history of bleeding disorder, not too overweight, and location. Get the info above and i can ask your question again. Meantime, lots of fluids, antibiotic, pain killer.
