There are many: The cancer family syndromes feature increased risk, in parent and child, for one of more cancers. Best-known are the hereditary breast cancer (brca1, brca2) genes which are very common. There are several colon cancer family syndromes. Neurofibromatosis, von hippel lindau, multiple endocrine neoplasia, tuberous sclerosis. A few are recessives (parents both carriers). This will get you started.
