How to tell if i have possible ruptured ovarian cyst and pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Time: Every time you ovulate, that is a "ruptured ovarian cyst" and it is usually not painful. The only way to confirm a ruptured cyst is to look surgically (which is not usually practical). It can be suspected based on cycle timing and "free fluid" seen on pelvic ultrasound. Pain from a ruptured cyst wold resolve on its own within a few days of a week, especially with NSAID use.
