Smoking: A very long list;heart ; lung disease various types of cancer ; lung , kidney , mouth cancer, tongue cancer, nasal cancer , throat cancer. Specific lung disease of emphysema. Making asthma worse. High blood-pressure. That's just a start. Whenever you stop smoking it's a plus. It takes 10 years to reduce your risk of cancer to that of a non-smoker.
