Yes: By the "change" i'm assuming you mean menopause. Hormonal change can result in anything from absolutely no symptoms to near psychosis in some women. This is an extremely stressful time for women and certainly hormone replacement therapy can reverse much of the symptomatology of this timeframe. Highly recommend. Even known psychiatric disease worsens in menopause.
