No such thing: Eye muscles work to alter eye position and are involved in focusing inside the eye. They might not work well from nerve damage, trauma and some diseases. Otherwise they do not get weak. If the eye movement muscles dysfunction you might see double. If you are having symptoms that you think are from "weak" eye muscles, check with your ophthalmologist.
