Could be: It could cause problems depending on many factors. Mold load, sensitivity/allergy to molds, the intact of the immune system all play into its pathology. That means if you are allergic to that particular mold and you expose to them, you can get sick like getting a runny nose or asthma flare. In patients with aids and a weak immune system, exposure to high level of molds can cause invasive infection.
