See Your Doctor: You may need evaluation for claudication, which is pain in the legs. It can be due to poor circulation in your legs (vascular claudication) but it can also be due to nerve compression (neurogenic claudication) in your back. Either way if it continues to bother you, it should be checked out and treated.
